Our partner provides daily, weekly and monthly reports, which include: message volume, recipient and sender, sender IP, etc. Being the administrators we can run custom queries to generate reports based on subject matches, senders, date, recipient, and spam categories.
Being the administrators we also have comprehensive visibility into email traffic flow, distribution and disposition across the entire email infrastructure. Reports span real-time to historical, and allow breakdown by sender, recipient, or message type.
We also have the ability to view reports online, or to download raw data for import into standard reporting tools. From these reports, we will be able to track the effectiveness of the services.
