Anti Virus / Anti Spam Disaster Recovery
When your email server cannot be reached for whatever reason (server down, temporary internet failure) two actions can happen:
- An Alert is sent to our Support Team notifying us. The team will then inform you of the outage and
- Your email can automatically be spooled – this can be held for as long as required, but in the event no less than 7 days.
In addition Spooling can be manually initiated for server maintenance and upgrade purposes.
